I lived here for 2 years, the original management was awesome, always helpful, kind and caring. The new management is absolutely horrible, none of them smile, they always made us feel like we were bothering them or in the way. They do not replace the carpets EVER but charge you for cleaning them even though they have to replace them after 2 years. Kept trying to charge us more for rent in the middle of our contract, then when we were ready to move out they tried to make us pay the full month instead of the prorate they agreed upon. Now 3 months later they took us to collections for a cleaning fee, never sent a bill or called just straight to collections.
