This is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I had a tire blow out on the freeway with my two children ( 3 year old and 1 month old) and wife. So I went through my Mazda road side assistants and they contacted these guys (unfortunately). Received a text with a ETA of 40 min. 40 min later received a call to confirm my location and sounded like they just had sent the truck to come. Another 30 min later the driver calls and he's lost has no idea where I am at. Sounds irritated and won't listen to the instructions I am trying to give him. I Eventually hang up after receiving no confirmation from the driver that he is continuing to search for me or did he just give up and drive away. Called their contact number and told them that I was not gonna pay if the driver doesn't show up and leaves me stranded. There customer service calls the driver and pretty much tells them it's our fault cause we are "moving from the original location and outside walking away from the vehicle". (Keep in mind I am with my family on the side of the freeway) nobody is leaving the vehicle we have been inside looking at 10 other tow trucks that pass by but never ours. Eventually change the tire myself on the side of he freeway. This is the worst business never use them. Horrible. Horrible.
