Everytime I have come here, its nothing but huge waits with horrible customer service. I constantly bring in packages to mail out that are already packaged and labeled ready to go but today the tape on my little envelope was coming off and the girl at the front who said her name was trasha was rude from the start. She then refused to place a piece of tape over it unless i paid $5.00!! For a little piece of tape!! Most ridiculous thing ive ever heard! I took my package and will drive to a further UPS from now on just to avoid the staff here. After reading other reviews, I can see im not the only one fed up with the staff at this location.
