Dr. Kim and his staff were very friendly. The main thing that really bothered me was that there were Yelp review requests/"bribes" in front of the chair. Yelp reviews are great and I understand the importance of advertisement and reviews, but I kind of felt like I was tricked into coming to this practice because it had received so many yelp reviews (because the practice asked for them and gave incentives for reviews). There were a few other little things that rubbed me the wrong way, but the biggest thing is the signs requesting reviews and incentivizing individuals who did so. I just feel like it's not good practice ;/
