Horrific service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled a cab Sunday afternoon for pickup at 4:30 AM Monday morning to go to the airport, and the driver called at 4:10 from 30 minutes away from a phone he borrowed at a gas station saying his phone was dead and he needed directions to pick me up. The cab company then was not able to get in contact with him to tell me where he was, so I had to wake a family member up to drive me. I then got another call from a hotel 15 minutes from my home where the driver stopped at at 4:45 AM. Would have missed my flight had I not gotten my own ride. Deplorable, unreliable service. If you're a working professional that needs reliable travel don't even toy with the idea of calling this company.
