Love this place. My wife and I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. We always go to the Santa Fe station which has easy parking and access.
I believe this location provides you a great steak house experience at a reasonable costs. For example, my wife and I can share a meal and leave full. The steaks are always good, well cooked to your liking. The seafood is always great. The variety of food is great without being very overwhelming.
The staff takes great care of their guests (Diane is awesome). As more of a locals location, you generally get remembered and you will get stuff before you ask. Just a great personal service.
In conclusion, if your looking for a great steakhouse experience, give the Charcoal Room a try.
