NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!
I had purchased a groupon of $99 for this service and they came out today.
The guy Luis, tried to up-sell me on some products for mold ($300 more in price!!!) and I told him thatI am not interested as if I had mold, I would have a mold remediation company out to remove and tear out my ducts (I remodel homes and inspected these ducts on my home when I purchased not too long ago and know there is no mold).
He became extremely pissed off at me and started complaining that I was cheap and that he doesn't make any money off of the groupon at this price. He brought in the vent suction and plugged it into two rooms that would trip the fuses. I told him he needed an extension cord from where he parked the unit to a specific plug that could handle the unit and instead, he turned off the unit and did not use it. He then went to just hand vacuum the entry of the ducts where the registers are.
The groupon included a dryer vent cleaning and he became even more pissed at me that the dryer vent was included when I mentioned this. He started yelling at me that he is telling the owner that he is not doing these anymore and he can do this himself. We pulled out the dryer and before doing anything he told me that the dryer vent was stuck and he will not clean it. He stuck something up in there to pull stuff out and then said he was done.
While he was packing his stuff up he was still yelling at me and complaining about the job. It was not some big job or even difficult... I personally have seen much much worse!
This guy did not clean up any of his messes on the floor or around the duct openings in each of the rooms!! I had to vacuum his messes up!! He also did not place the vent registers back on.
This guy was a complete a**hole and I felt very threatened by him being here in my home.
Definitely look for a better company if you are searching for this type of service! Press your back button and move on. They hire angry, pissed off people that get mad at you when you don't want to buy additions. This was very uncomfortable and unnerving experience and I would not wish this upon anyone else!
