Normally i use Yelp for checking the reviews about the place, if i had a good experience or was satisfied with the out come i just move on...But if its an experience that i know DOESN'T happen everyday then i must say something about it and let ppl know its a place to go... I had my '03 Sierra since it was new taking care of it etc., but as time passes some parts are hard to see and unknown if they need to be prepared, today was one of those days of a break down, idk much about the front end drive stuff but when your tire is sticking inward and grinding then somethings wrong, usually its a trip to the dealer to fix, not in this case 5 hrs away from my dealer and not open during normal business hours, (not good)... Stressed out, i checked yelp and closest to me was AMC Automotive with 5 stars by the reviews i had to check it out, tow truck already in route... Gate locked It was closed (great), guard dog barking, someone came out to check, told him my situation he was able to accept the drop off, In no time i was told what was wrong and that it could be fixed before the end of the day, Wow thats a first, the owner was professional, great customer service, and the timing was on point. I highly recommend AMC to anyone, for sure ill be back for other auto needs. Thank You again.
