We were forced to go through this title company by a shady real estate company (Cambridge Realty) of the seller. Let's just say nobody is up front on the fees and assigned, Nicole, who does not know anything about this case to sign. All she had to say was, "I don't know"... My question is why is she here if she doesn't know anything? I've purchased many properties throughout many states, and this is by far the worst experience I've had. I would definitely recommend Ticor or Noble anytime.
