Ordered my package yesterday (Thursday) and it was supposed to be arriving today (Friday). When I called to track it because it never arrived, I was told my package was accidentally sent to Nevada, from Nevada it was accidentally sent too California. I expressed how important it was I receive the package by the end of the day and was told there was nothing they could do to make that happen. The customer service rep indicated that it SHOULD be arriving tomorrow but couldn't give me any guarantee. Absolutely unacceptable. When I select next day air I expect to receive my package the next day rain or shine. I will never use OnTrac again!
