I feel like negative reviews are given more than positive and I had a really positive experience so I just felt I should share. I had lashes many times in the past and for my upcoming vacation I decided to have them put on. I had them done on a Friday and by Monday my extensions on the one eye had all fallen out and the other eye followed shortly after. When I got home I emailed them and told them what had happened, they called me back literally minutes later and were very apologetic and they rebooked me to have a full set done free of charge. I just had them done a couple days ago and I'm so happy, they are beautiful and so far they are all staying attached. I think my lashes shed and I don't think my initial appointment had anything to do with my technician. Either way I was so pleased with how they handled my situation and I will definitely be rebooking for a fill in a couple weeks.
