Honestly, they would've gotten 5 stars had it not been for two pretty major things:
First, their pool is currently being renovated. The fact that they had an indoor pool was the major selling point for me. The photos of it looked gorgeous, and I knew my family would love it. Fine that it's being renovated- but please include that on your website, as well as sites such as booking.com or hotels.com. It was a huge disappointment that it wasn't available to us for our stay.
Second, we were gone from our room from 9am until close to 3pm, and when we returned room service still hadn't been by. We needed fresh towels, coffee, and would've loved to have had our beds made. Not a huge deal, but I was a bit letdown to see.
Otherwise, it's in a fabulous location. A 10 minutes walk to so many great areas. The decor is lovely and felt very posh.
