I used to frequent this location while in university - literally three times a week for three years during the school season lol.
I visited this last week and was pleasant to find that it was still as great. They are friendly and fairly busy. Never had a rude experience here, and never a mess. The staff is always changing though - I think they get rotated to other locations nearby.
Lots of parking - so that's always good.
However, it does get pretty cold at this location - so, come clothed. Also, seating is sparse - there are 6 tables (5 small, and 1 being reserved for accessible seating) and then the bar. Lots of students come in - so there are squatters during the school year. I was one lol.
