I called to book a room at 10pm for my wife and two kids. They told me over the phone it would be 125 for a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. Too good to be true... I drove all the way down there only to find the price was jacked up to more than 160, with $10 for parking and a bunch of other fees that she said she would "show me at check out". I was so tired I didn't care (drive in from Vancoucer). Went to see the room hoping to have a nice place to rest. Nope. The "kitchen" was a microwave and 3 chairs. The rooms looked like they had been prepared for a cult suicide. Wish I took a picture but I was so upset I went back to cancel the room. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the other staff, and even the initial lady taking the booking were kind and pleasant. It must be a training policy to just hit people with hidden fees. The pictures of the lobby are true. It is clean and nice. But the rooms are so poorly designed it's creepy.
