Horriable customer service!! Walked into this store with few items to return, within the return policy time frame and receipt after scanning the items I was told I need the rewards number, which I had put in the system and after scanning, figuring the items on there ( mind you not every item was in the bag and was to be returned) I was told I need the credit card which my boyfriend purchased and even after I asked for a store credit since I shop there.. the response was " we are only the people behind the register and have to follow policy" I would expect that from a minimum wage employee who is working behind the register instead it was a store manager... what a great response and great customer service! Walgreens should be out of business with all their false advertisement and sales that don't match the stores items and uneducated employees who don't know how to read coupons or scan and identify items and know NOTHING about customer service! Take your business and money and go to CVS!!!
