I was very excited upon walking into the salon. It was so beautiful with all the big chandeliers etc. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I don't remember my manicurists name but as soon as I got back to my room at the hotel I noticed the sides ( near the cuticles) weren't cleaned up and they were uneven and lifting already!! My gel usually lasts me 3 weeks at least!! They Started to peel off that night! LOL. On top of that I paid $100.. for the worst manicure I've ever had... I called the salon an hour after my appointment and left a message. Never heard back from anyone. Very very disappointed. I wish the level of professionalism there matched their vibe and decor.
