I loved living here but the new change in owner from mark taylor to olympus has been HORRIBLE. the staff is AWFUL! they lost my $50 package and no one has helped me. The manager was "too busy" to talk to me and then went on vacation for a week. I have emailed and called multiple times to other employees and no one has responded or taken this seriously. And when I did talk to someone they said they were "unsure" if they would be refunding the money for my package that was either lost by them or given to the wrong apartment. UNACCEPTABLE. I am a dental student on loans! I do not appreciate being disregarded like this AT THEIR MISTAKE! I want to move now just because of this horrible staff! Live elsewhere!!!!
