They helped me move from Toronto to New York a month ago, and it was overall a great experience. The team that packed up my apartment in Toronto did a thorough and professional job without needing any supervision from me. They were excellent! Another company (Schumacher) handled my move in New York. They were very communicative, kept me updated on where the truck was when it was stuck in traffic, and handled the move efficiently. All my things arrived in good shape with just some minor scratches on a couple of big pieces.
There were some issues with communication when my things were in transit from Toronto, but they were resolved pretty quickly once I escalated the matter. Overall, I was very happy with their service and will definitely be recommending them to others.
