The Palazzo hotel is magnificent. One of my favorites on the strip. The rooms are beautiful and no matter the side your room is on, you will have a fantastic view of something. My favorite side is the golf course and view of the mountains towards lake mead.
We spent a full day at the Palazzo, sitting in our room (we are locals too, just love stay vacations) eating at multiple restaurants, sitting by the pool and ending our day at BAZ show( which by the way is an awesome show).
The pool was overcrowded(pool is why I'm giving an over all of four stars) some of the other guests whom were incredibly drunk were smoking in the pool while my five year son was swimming. I thought we would spend more of our day at the pool but the smoking was awful. The poolside staff is slim, so trying to get a drink takes forever. They don't have umbrellas poolside, so that was unpleasant.
