A vendor I ordered from used GSO to ship a package to my home address. I live in a large gated community. Apparently GSO was unwilling to find a way to get into the gated community's entrance. They "tried" three times over the course of four days and then returned the package back to the vendor. They could have called me using the call-box at the gate but decided not to. Frankly, if they just sat at the entrance for 20 seconds, someone would have come out or gone in and opened the gate for them. This sort of petulant behavior has never happened with any other delivery service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon delivery, OnTrac, etc.). I won't allow GSO to be used for my packages any more.
