This Crossfit location just opened up next to my work and I was very excited for a gym to open up conveniently next door but I was very hesitant about it being a Crossfit. I got a chance to talk to the owner and she assured me they could modify everything to fit the level of any athlete and I would never be pushed to do something I wasn't ready for. I decided to join and enroll in the fitness program (a basic course to get you prepared for Crossfit) I was very impressed with the look of the gym (or Crossfit lingo "box") it's an old building from the 60's and they were able to keep the charm in a vintage meets modern kinda way. The owners are the sweetest husband and wife team and as soon as you meet them you see why they decided to open up a gym of their own. They just exude excitement for Crossfit and seem committed to creating a positive environment for people of all skill levels. I have never felt so welcomed in a gym in my life. I'm really excited to see what kind of progress I make under such supportive owners and trainers. I highly recommend checking it out!
