So this is he third time in a row I have sent an email to the Office Max in Surprise for print services and showed up to pick up my order and it is not completed. The manage Mike today confirmed he received my request 2 days prior and apologized for the error once again. Although the apology is nice and accepted this does not change the fact that I am on my way to an important meeting and needed this printing order to have with me for the meeting.
I would very strongly recommend you choose a different company for your printing / graphic needs such as Thomas Reprographics. They have never failed to deliver when promised and Office Max has NEVER delivered as promised.
