This is a place that deserves a negative stars.. and -5 at that. The Chandler location has a 14 day communications blackout, and then after that you get to have 1 phone call. They stress in every contact, and in the emails from their marketing team how important having your family there is in the recovery and treatment of your loved one, However should you question your loved one's level of care, the actions of the facility, their motives, they will ban you from coming on site.
They have shady billing practices to say the least. And if your insurance runs out 60 days, and you have not completed the 120 day "Program" they will bill you personally. Not uncommon for a $35k bill.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
