I need to start by saying I visited the Neos in Chandler right in front of the Chandler mall. I bought a package deal for 3 photo-facials. I decided to try the photo-facials after a series of Chemical peels did not make a huge difference on my sun damage. Apparently laying out in the Florida sun with baby oil on your face will come back to you in 20 years! Who knew mom was right? Anyway, I went in and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I explained I had never had the procedure before and they took the time to tell me what it would feel like, show me pictures of others with similar skin types and made sure to answer all my questions. The procedure is warm so they give you cold air that you can control. I have had my series of three and I will be going back for other procedures. They were great! (For the record, my skin improved by about 40% after the first procedure. It was amazing. Everyone noticed)
