Worse place to live in Phoenix. During our stay, our air-conditioning unit broke and it took them more than a month to fix it. Every-time we've complain to the front office they acted like we were bothering them. We moved when our lease was up and we left a spotless unit. Two and a half months latter we receive a bill for painting and bunch of non-sense even though we cleared the unit with no discrepancy. According to the AZ landlord-tennent laws, they are to let you know of these discrepancy within 14 business days, not 2.5 months later. They will do anything and everything to stick you with more and more to pay. Stay clear from this over-priced money hungry establishment.
