I live in Tempe and found this local business on Yelp after cracking my iPhone 5s screen. The week I visited they had just moved to #1 on the Yelp site and were very busy. When I spoke to the owner on the phone he explained that due to the sudden influx of business he was out of replacement screens. He was able to contact the local warehouse and arrange same day delivery of the screen on a Sunday afternoon! They were able to replace my screen in less than 30 minutes and even threw in and installed a $15 tempered glass screen protector (which Verizon charges $40 for?!). My phone works like new and with the running special, cost $69 with all fees and taxes, a fraction of what I was quoted from Apple and other 3rd party shops. I received great customer service from the very personable staff and was even given some pointers on the types of cases to prevent future screen fractures.
