The last time I reviewed this restaurant I gave them 5 Stars. This time ... had a hard time justifying 2 Stars. Very disappointed in both the service and the quality of the food. My husband and I always sit at the bar so we can socialize with the sushi chef and have him create whatever he likes for us. This trip we had a hard time getting this chef to even get our requested selections right. The fish was not fresh. Hard to eat tuna when it's brown instead of red. Even my favorite poke salad was sub-par. Looks like I need a new favorite sushi restaurant. This is getting hard since they all start off really impressive then slowly go downhill. Does anyone express personal pride in their product anymore ??? Sad ;-(
