Stopped in to get a tire rotation. Man at the counter took some basic information and I sat down waiting for my service. 15 minutes go by and I went back to the counter to check and he stated he needed more information. I gave him that (while he kept answering the phone as I was standing there). Sat for another 20 minutes and went back to counter to check on status. I was then told it would be at least another hour before they could even get to my car and at least an hour for service. Why was I not given this information when I first came in? Very disappointed in the customer service. The place seemed very disorganized and sloppy Many staff "hanging around" the cash register area, from technicians to front desk staff. I left and choose to take my business to Hafen's Ok Tire on Lake Mead.
