Tire light was on my dashboard. I was a worry and decided to take it to a tire shop. We drove into Discount Tire on Rancho Dr. It looked like they were busy and some customers were in the waiting room. When we pulled in, we noticed that the shop closes in 10 minutes! We almost drove away, when one of the techs gave us eye contact and smiled.
We parked went in the lobby to receive a warm welcome. We apologized for arriving so close to the closing time. We were greeted, introduced and our vehicle was inspected.
To sum-it-all-up..... this place is clean, organized, friendly and very knowledgeable. We received the best customer service, great quality work and we were back on the road in a short period of time after having our tire repaired.
This is going to be MY tire place from now on!
