I just found the place on google map by chance. It was a Japanese store selling japanese desserts and some snacks. I knew there is a store popularized in Tokyo selling many desserts. But There are only 3 kinds of dessert so far. Maybe because it just grand open.
The cheese tart is a big tart have lava cheese in it. You must to finish it after you cut it, otherwise the lava will spill over. It's better to eat it while it's hot. Because the tart is crispy and the inside is much more delicious.
Double formage cake. It looks very beautiful and cute. It like a 6 inch cake and divided into three layer. The first is the lighter cheese, the second is more strong and like ice cream so the cake need to be stored in low temperature. The lowest level is just the foundation of normal cake. The cake is not too sweet. Somehow like an ice cream cake. It's really delicious.
The service is good. They are very patient and warm. Unfortunately, The cake need to be prepared for a couple of minutes. Because all of the cakes are fresh and sometimes the store is busy. If you don't have too much time for waiting, you'd better make a phone call ahead and preorder it.
