A few years ago I purchased the Bogner Alchemist 2x12 amp (awesome amp - amazing versatility but damn loud) and after only a few months of use the thing just shut down. No power. Nothing. I was somehow lucky enough to find these guys (Field Services) and I dropped the amp off for repair. I can not tell you how much I appreciated the service I got from these guys. They were so thorough and seasoned and they called me back the same day with the fix. The voltage was wired for the UK by the Bogner/Line6 assemblers. The Field Services folks figured out what wa wrong, replaced the incorrect blown fuse, replaced the tubes with the correct ones, found a loose factory screw that was attached to the speaker magnet, and had the amp back to me within 48 hours. When I plugged in the amp I was BLOWN AWAY. It sounded SO much better and to this day (2 years later now) I have had not another problem. I love this amp and despite how loud the damned thing is I love the versatility. I just found my old receipt from that day and I just felt that I should let others know what a great bunch of folks these guys are. Big props and a big thanks goes out to the professionals at Field Services Phoenix! Scott Longman Cave Creek, AZ
