I come here from time to time and am usually disappointed, but since my company pays to have this fleet vehicle washed I come for convenience. Not again. Today I said I wanted the "ultimate" for
$25.99, because that Istanbul car wash allowance. So he asks if they should use armorall on the interior and I say very lightly. They always use some sort of spray on the inside anyway, so I assume they just ask. I go to checkout and they charge $32.99 for the ultimate plus. I told cashier I did not ask for that and she says "but you wanted armorall?? So now besides a mediocre at best car wash, they use the "bait and switch" to upsell. Unbelievable. Last time for me.
