This review is based solely on the service. I have never had a bad slice at any of their locations. On 4/11 my son and I went in at about 8:20 to grab him a serious slice. It started off pretty normal, but then the waiting began. 5-8 minutes for a slice is not unreasonable, but 20-25 and no notification that it's coming or an "I'm sorry for the wait". Ridiculous. When I was finally told they were making another pie for slices, the girl walks out to a table with a slice and gives it to a table that came in 10 minutes after I had. When I finally asked to cancel my order at 8:50, there was no apology or an attempt to make it right or try to salvage my experience. I won't be back, not because of the food, but because my business is not wanted or valued.
