This was the worst experience,I ever had getting my lashes done. Had an appointment but had to wait one hour to check two hours to do my lashes. My lashes did not look for and they fell out after one day. Right after my lashes were done I complained . They rescheduled me for Sunday but I didn't want my eyelashes to be done here again. Wanted a refund but they didn't give it to me. Had to go to my bank to get a chargeback on it. Will never go to this place again. Dealing with the management was horrible very hard to get a hold of. The lashes that you guys put on for my wife .once again all fell off the next day so yes I think we deserve a full refund. I called that day.My wife got her lashes done. Three days later I still didn't get a return phone call.
