I made an appointment to have my oil changed. The person on the phone was rude. When I got there I stood beside my car for several minutes not being acknowledged by the staff until a lady came over to examine my vehicle and ask me why I was there. She then told me to wait by my vehicle and I would be helped. The employees continued to ignore and at 1:20 I decided to leave. They use to have a very nice lady that worked in the customer check in area, she had since been moved to another part of the dealership. I will NOT be going back. They don't seem to care about customer service.
