I was so excited when Lowells came to my neighbor but my experience has been extremely poor if they have low in the title for a reason if you try to reach anyone by the phone in any department good luck and if you drive over try finding any help when you ask why there is no one working no one has an answer I feel sorry for the help that's why the turnover is so great if you finally reach a person and apologize profusely yet have no answers I wonder how they stay in business I would rather drive 15 more minutes and go to Home Depot where there is plenty of help I bought several appliances all of that went bad replacement contracts were very hard to work with my refrigerator had to break down three times before they would honor their contract Samsung washer and dryer question nightmare experience they still call to this day even though the dryers were returned years ago The reason I even gave one star. Was because the help what's nice just not very many of them
