The franchise owner should be absolutely embarrassed and the corporate office should be very concerned that a franchisee cares so little of the brand. The donuts are dry and bland, the coffee is watery and filled with grinds and they burned/over-cooked my breakfast sandwich. And to top it all off, I grab two chocolate milks for my kids and while my daughter is drinking it she says it doesn't taste good. Why doesn't it taste good is it's out of code the cooler it is stored in is not cold enough. This location is a major disappointment to the consumers and the brand. The ownership better get in and fix it or do everyone a favor and sell it to someone that actually cares and respects the Dunkin' Donuts name and brand.
