I wish there were zero stars so I could rate this office appropriately. I was on time for my visit...after being ran through my preliminary testing I had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr Stern. He was NOT with other patients either. I saw him look into my exam room then he left! I overheard the staff ask where he went...30 minutes later he strolled back into the office. Honestly, he acted very strangely. The office felt like a cheap-car-salesmany type of place. As I was leaving they would NOT let me leave without forcing me to sit down and be sold eye glasses. I didn't need any and I politley declined and asked for me prescription. He was refusing to give me my eye strength prescription! I had to remind them that I had a right to it because my insurance paid for it! Do NOT go here! Drive into Phoenix if you have to!
