Why on earth is it so difficult to have someone actually answer phones? On multiple occasions, multiple days, different time frames the phones are dead. I was warned by the office across the way that they tend to do that because they are busy. Hire extra help so someone can answer your phones as not everyone has a moment to just drive over to your location to discuss a lost package!!!
