I take reviews like this very serious seeing as they pertain to childcare...nothing is as important. Miss Kelly has done a GREAT job making this place what it is.
My daughter and I have had a great experience with the ladies at Cactus Preschool over the last 2.5+ years. My princess is absolutely everything to me and she enjoys going there very much. She started here when she was in the 1's room and is now in the 4's...my big girl!!! haha
The staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy what they do...as much as one can be expected to deal with someone elses kids lol
I did file a complaint about an incident involving one of the staff and after a few days she was no longer there. I'm not saying it was because of my complaint, but they seemed to have recognized there was a problem and handled it accordingly.
Security is a focal point for them and I friendly feel like my princess is well looked after and safe there. The rooms, hallways, playgrounds and parking lot are all monitored by cameras.
The only proof I'll ever need is when I pick up my daughter and ask her how her day went. She always has good things to say.
Take a tour and see for yourself obviously, but I wholeheartedly recommend Cactus Preschool.
