Its a bank. You cant expect a lot.
That being said they are some of the nicest banking industry people I have ever had to deal with. Very friendly and kind. Which is what bank people are supposed to be like, but unlike most other banks i've used, they dont seem fake about it.
One downside, in order to enter you have to go through two safety doors, the kind where one cant be opened until the other is closed. And between them is a metal detector. It is sort of like going into a prison. A money prison. Without the rape.
