Poor customer service from the cashier. I walked in at 12:40 to pick up my online order for 12:30pm. He didn't even acknowledge me, so I waited until I ask about picking up my online order. My food wasn't ready so I ask him if I did an online order for 12:30 why at 12:47 is my food not ready? He said, "Well she had 8 orders before you and that is why your food isn't ready! And she is the only one doing online orders!" I said well maybe she should had some help and that isn't my problem if I am told my food would be ready at 12:30. I even gave them a grace period of 10 minutes!!! I feel bad for her but the cashier should of given better customer service. I didn't appreciate the attitude given by him!
