Terrible costumer service!!!
The representative was rood and didn't try to help at all.
After 3 months of buying 1,700$ engagement ring
They won't let u return or exchange!!!
Every normal jewelry store can give u at least exchange. Or minimum take back the ring and give u half of amount u paid.
I went to a different jeweler (who buys diamond and jewelry) and he said he doesn't buy cheap quality rings like this and he wouldn't even pay me 200$ for this ring.
Which means that "Morgan jewelry" sales a ring that is worth 200$ for 1,700$
I would never buy here again!!!
And I will tell all my friends not to buy here!!
