I bought brakes here for a car back in 2016. They assured me they were top of the line brakes, but they were not. When I drove the car home --- it was raining very lightly --- and after the 10 minute drive home I noticed the breaks were now covered in rust due to the rain. I thought that was odd. The next morning the car just barely stopped when I had to suddenly slow down on the highway, but just inches from being in an accident! The brakes would not stop the car!!! I had the car towed back to Conrads and they said it was fine. I contacted the district manager and after two weeks of trying to convince him to fix the car he finally did, but after I filed suit in small claims. I could have died in that car with those brakes. What kind of a human being sells faulty car parts? What if I had died? Or, anyone else?
