This is the first Business that I rated 1 Star since I have been Yelping.
We needed to buy a new couch after moving in to a new place to maximize our space we decided to choose a Sectional. After looking in several different stores and not finding anything that we were wowed about, one night while visiting some friends, we asked where they got their sectional because it was very comfortable, sturdy and it looked great, they told us they bought at the Brick.
We then decided to go there and buy the same one, but in a different colour.
When we first arrived, the sales person was very helpful. She informed that they were on backorder of that specific colour and that they would call us 7 days from then to set up the delivery. We paid for the sectional and one week pass, no call.
Finally two days later we called to ask where our couch was, they told us it was still on backorder and it was going to take another week.
WHAT? they couldn't even call us to let us know? Seriously? We now find out that they don't know when it's going to come in. We were planning to host an event and now we can't because we don't have enough seats for our guests. Right during the holidays, you'd think they get their facts right before promising a date that keeps changing.
I do love that couch, but am not impressed with their lack of communication.
