Joseph came out and personally gave us an affordable estimate, and his crew was ready to start immediately.
They cleared and leveled my existing dirt-yard (new build), and added irrigation, pavers, gravel and plans in about 4 days. They basically added another room to our house, as we now spend many nights out on the new patio.
Since then, whenever I've had issues (minor issues -- a sprinkler spraying too far into the patio, and a nearly-dead bush), Joseph has been quick to respond and take care of everything, with no extra charge. He has also followed up without prompting to see how everything was looking.
Update: I was having some trouble with some of my plants -- several months after initial installation -- and Joseph came out to help me at no extra cost. This level of support shows that he truly cares about each project, and wants to make his customers as happy as possible.
