Horrible service in Ballantyne location, damaged wheel that they repaired but still blamed after changing a leaking tire. Tried to charge me for a coolant sensor for $700, took to Mercedes under warranty and just needed coolant after asking them 2 times?! Charged me for a state inspection that they did not perform so had to return a second time, need I go on? At least the dealerships are better managed have better workmanship, warranties etc. MB even has free loaners. I strongly suggest avoiding this location!
