This company took a year and a half and under the umbrella of a BBB complaint to pay the restitution for the property they lost in my move. They take no ownership and were unprofessional and untruthful when they said they would pay for the damages after I had it repaired and sent the copy of the invoice within the claim. The claim process was lengthy and they contested paying me for the damage and the shelves for my curio cabinet that had to be special made. They were misleading on how the moving process took place within their company utilizing third party contractors that did not seem to follow their moving practice of bar coding and matching to ensure that all a persons property were accounted for along the way. If these policies were indeed followed I would still have my great grandmothers antique dresser and the personal family keepsakes that were with it. In my opinion, this company was negligent, unprofessional, misleading, and the customer service and follow up was horrible.
I would say to any consumer, be cautious and if you use them be sure to get additional insurance!
