Wow, rudest manager and staff I have EVER encountered. Dawn I believe is the manager, she is condescending, dismissive and rude. Fred is the leasing agent, he definitely is trying to move up the corporate ladder by following her lead. I am not a resident, and I am happy they didn't put on a happy face to get me to move in and then have to deal with them. I went for a tour, I asked a lot of questions and I guess that is frowned upon as fred was so annoyed. when we went back to the office dawn was on the phone basically yelling at I guess a resident, are you kidding me? Either shut your door or just don't be so rude, be a better person. I lucked out by seeing all this. And now they email me every 2 or 3 days asking if Im still interested - hmmm, nope. That parts kind of funny, they emails always say the exact same thing....EXACT SAME THING! I am just going to let them waste their time emailing me, get to know your customers, there is no way they would think when I left that I was interested, I made it very clear, short of telling them to stop being rude. Why would you add me to your list of "oh, maybe if I email them 100 times they won't mind how rude we are" list?
