My first impression was bleh as the young lady at the front counter (name purposely withheld as I don't want to embarrass someone publicly) was having a bad day and not friendly at all BUT the manager made it right! I was a potential first time customer, after my first impression I walked out without dropping off my clothes and followed up the next day to voice my concerns about the lack of customer service. The young lady (Lisa Marie) that answered my call was very apologetic and advised she would have the manager (Jeanette) call me right away. True to her word, I received a call within 15 minutes. She went above and beyond to make it right (comping my bill which wasn't even an expectation) and I went from being a potential customer to being a repeat customer!! I encountered the same young lady the first time I went in when I went back to pick up my clothes, and she was very friendly, providing great customer service!! Thank you Jeanette and Lisa Marie for providing great customer service and results!!
